These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to lit.onl and litonl.com (the “Service”) operated by RabbitFoot Tech. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

We provide URL shortening, dashboards, analytics (by plan), API access, MCP tools (Growth+), QR codes, and related features. Features vary by plan; we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or illegal content.
  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, or export laws.
  • Circumvent security, rate limits, or plan gates.
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or pose risk to users or infrastructure.

Your links & content

You are responsible for destination URLs and compliance with laws applicable to your campaigns. You grant us a limited license to host, redirect, and display metadata necessary to operate the Service.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are processed by Paddle. Fees, renewal, and taxes are shown at checkout. Downgrades and cancellations follow Paddle and in-app billing rules. Feature limits apply when a subscription ends.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how we handle personal data and cookies, including GDPR and CCPA disclosures.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. SHORT LINKS MAY STOP WORKING IF DESTINATIONS CHANGE OR ACCOUNTS ARE SUSPENDED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your links, content, or breach of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RabbitFoot Tech is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
