Integrations
Connect lit.onl to Zapier, Make, the REST API, webhooks, and MCP. Shopify is live; CRM natives are on the roadmap.
Available on every plan. The dashboard hub is /integrations (sidebar under Developers).
REST API and MCP remain Growth+; dashboard webhooks and native connectors are not plan-gated.
What’s live
- REST API — OAuth client on OAuth
- Outbound webhooks — sampled
link.clicked - MCP — hosted server for agents
- Zapier — Catch Hook / Webhooks by Zapier ← lit.onl webhook
- Make.com — Custom webhook ← lit.onl webhook
Zapier recipe
- In Zapier, create a Zap with trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook (or Catch Raw Hook).
- Copy the Catch Hook URL (must be
https). - In lit.onl Integrations → Zapier, create an endpoint with that URL. Copy the signing secret once.
- Optional: verify
X-Lit-Signature: sha256=<hex>(HMAC-SHA256 over the raw body). - Map payload fields (
event,link_id,slug,short_url,clicked_at,country,ua_family) into Mailchimp, Slack, Sheets, etc.
Payload and reliability match the webhooks docs. Events are sampled (~1 in 10 after a small first-click burst).
Make.com recipe
- In Make, add a Custom webhook module and create a webhook. Copy the URL.
- In lit.onl Integrations → Make, create an endpoint with that URL. Copy the signing secret once.
- Run once to capture a sample, then map JSON fields into your scenario.
- Verify
X-Lit-Signaturethe same way as Zapier when you need integrity checks.
Via Zapier
Apps such as Mailchimp, Buffer, Google Analytics, Canva, Notion, and Airtable connect through the same Zapier recipe — no first-party OAuth per logo.
Shopify
Any plan: connect your store from Integrations → Shopify, create tracked short links for product pages, and send signed click postbacks to your HTTPS endpoint. Monthly create caps still apply. No catalog sync.
Roadmap
- HubSpot / Klaviyo — native CRM connectors
- Postbacks — HTTPS, Slack, Telegram, and other opinionated destinations
